That's an awful big gamble. My slightly educated guess is their itch is about the size of launch button. An entire lifetime under this umbrella only to have it all end by the hands of Russians. Russians === Fear && Face; China just face. Democracy is truly under challenge.

Naveen is the canary in the LLM coal mine. I knew he sold too early. He is giving you a hint to what you don’t know you don’t know. There are humans who cognitively generate next action simulations in real time. As a researcher in this field it is black swan when you see it in the real world. When Sully landed his commercial airliner on the Hudson - duh - hiding in plain sight. As a former Marine pilot having to make similar life and search decisions - I wish folks in this community would get back out in the real world. Revisit being a learning human animal. Model centric AI will die quickly. Personal ontologies and synthetic training rules the future - and much sooner than you think.

He didn’t sell early, he actually sold something which had zero value to intel, in return, made lot of money for himself, driving around in luxurious cars. He had no other way than leaving or being forced out of intel because he delivered nothing during his stay at AIPG-intel. He is doing exactly the same thing with databricks and most likely he will quit databricks as well, unable to deliver anything.

Again, what kind are most interested in transhumanism for ownselves, and whys? Want to be forever who are and how are at the time, no matter how much involved in repeated destructionisms for profits, including at the time, creating more and more people thinking that the world has gone insane. Think that going to outsmart God and beat Death. Death being the only equalizer that exists in the world. That's why all others can be the experimental subjects except for ownselves.

Most managers in Amazon are Indian. I am an Indian guy in US with an Indian manager. I am not in talking terms with my father who lives in India. He googled office number of India branch of my company. He uses this number to call and tell my company to make me talk to him. If my Indian manager comes to know about this, will it impact my promotion to a more senior role?what about my conservative Indian manager? Many Indian managers do judge right? I want to grow up through the managerial ranks. Actually I work in a firm with stack ranking. I am afraid that I might get into PIP due to conservative Indian manager and due to calls from father.

H1b is trash in this new era and Trump makes people nervous so immigrants are looking for the fastest way to get their green cards and move on with their lives - nobody is trying to be patient with no certainty for 10 to 20 years anymore
